2-Way Calendar Sync

Agents can now seamlessly sync their Google calendar with Cubu Calendars.

Appointments scheduled in a Cubu calendar and assigned to an agent will automatically appear in their connected Google or Outlook calendar. Likewise, events created directly in Google block the corresponding time in Cubu, preventing double-booking.

Simplified Authorization

Setting up calendar sync is now easier than ever. There’s no need for admin configuration—agents can connect their calendars using the standard Google authorization flow.

Embedded Portal, Chat Improvements

Chats initiated from the embedded portal now open in a pop-up window, rather than redirecting users to a new page. This keeps the experience seamless and contained within the original context.
