Service Webhooks

The following webhooks are enabled for individual services and are triggered by various case lifecycle events. These webhooks allow you to modify case record fields, tags, associated customers, and contact information. In some instances, they also enable you to cancel the operation, preventing its completion.
To enable these webhooks, turn on the relevant switches on the service's Webhooks tab, as shown in the following example:
Note that some webhook toggles are only visible for Appointment services, while others are only visible for Walk-in services.
