⚠️ Breaking Changes
When this release is rolled out, logos and graphics used in the Portals, Kiosks, and Tickets will return to the default images in the “cubu Blues” theme.
To use custom images, use the new Images tab in the Themes pages to re-select your images.
New Features
Billing
Create a paid subscription using a credit card.
Create a partner-managed subscription that generates invoices but does not charge a credit card automatically.
Portals, Kiosks, Tickets, and Themes
Selecting logos for and other images used by portals, kiosks, and tickets were moved from the Public App Profile pages to the Theme. This allows the admin to change logos, backgrounds, and other graphics in one place and match the images to the theme color.
Duplicate theme: this new feature allows the administrator to duplicate an existing theme and use it as a basis for a new theme.
Improved Service Settings Page
To improve user experience, the service settings form was divided into sections that can be edited independently using dialog boxes.
Agent Console
Changing the case’s channel: agents can now change the case’s channel from the case form.
Partners Portal
A new tool was created to assist cubu partners and resellers manage their organizations.

Assign account manager
Account managers have full access to managed organizations.
Bug Fixes
🐞 Bug: Special characters are not showing properly on the kiosk In a public app profile, when you use text that contains parameters (enclosed in double curly brackets) if the parameter value contains special characters (e.g.,
“&"), the special character is displayed as an HTML code on the kiosk. For example, the text “Welcome to {{unit.name}}” when the unit name is “John & co.” the kiosk will show “Welcome to John & co.”🐞 Bug: Calendar, overbooking to compensate for no-show The calendar time slots algorithm was improved to offer more alternative time slots when booking appointments when “compensate for no-show” is enabled. The “Appointment Overlap” was removed from the service settings as it is no longer used.
🐞 Missing vertical scrollbar in the “Switch unit” dialog When the organization tree contains many units, it is impossible to scroll the tree and select the hidden units.
🐞 Missing vertical scrollbar in the Invitation Wizard When the organization tree contains many units, it is impossible to scroll the tree and select the hidden units.
🐞 An error occurs when trying to change the password (forgot password flow) FIXED
Known Issues
🐞 Theme text colors are not properly mapped to the Kiosk texts. This bug will be fixed in our next release.
