Cubu now supports integration with Office 365 and Google Workspace calendars.
When the integration is configured and enabled, appointments created in Cubu calendars allocated to users will be created in the users' Office or Google calendars.
When a Cubu calendar is linked to an external calendar, it will indicate times occupied by non-Cubu events created in it.

If the integration between Google Calendars and online meeting provider Google Meet is enabled, a conference is created on Google Meet and linked to the respective Google Calendar events. This allows agents and customers to join the conference from the Agent Console and Ticket, respectively.
Note that Google Meet cannot be used for walk-ins as the service supports online meetings only when created in a calendar event.
The new “Integration” tool replaces the Online Meetings tool, allowing the organization administrator to configure external calendars and video meeting providers.
The administrator can configure the external event to include various appointment details by configuring the Subject and Description fields and including the desired data parameters.
Users can now copy an organizational unit to any location in the organization. The unit is copied with all of its resources (e.g., inboxes, services, workstations, kiosks, portals, etc.).
If you choose to copy a unit with its descendant units, the entire subtree is copied.
The Join Online Meeting button is now available on virtual tickets for Waiting and Pending cases if the online meeting link is available.
When creating new Public App Profiles for Portals, Kiosks, and Tickets, texts will be populated with default values for English United States (en-US), English Canada (en-CA), English Australis (en-AU), English United Kingdom (en-GB), and Hebrew Israel (he-IL).
Note that the language must be configured as a “Public text language” in the organization settings before creating the profile.

🐞 Pixelation in the Cubu Splash animation was fixed.
