The S2S API allows 3rd party programs to access Cubu and perform various tasks.
This release contains the infrastructure for enabling the S2S API by creating a registered application and basic APIs for managing customers and appointments.

Allow customers to submit feedback about their experience.
When enabled for a service category, the virtual ticket shows a rating control when the case is closed.
The report allows you to analyze customer satisfaction over time across various dimensions such as units, service categories, and channels.
The case Info panel provides additional information about the case record.
The case Change Log tracks changes to the case’s properties and fields. The Change Log panel provides a detailed change log for the case.
The data record Change Log track changed to the record’s properties and fields.
The new support button, available on the top toolbar of every page in Cubu, shows the contact information of the partner supporting the current organization.
To improve responsiveness, some changes were made to the agent console:
The Resolve/Resolve and Close buttons were changed to “Resolved” only.
When a case is resolved, the case tab is immediately closed.
