The portal now supports a new Portal flow (AKA “Flow II”), enabling customers to search for a vacant time slot across multiple units.
Using Flow II, the customer chooses the desired service category and service type (instead of a specific service and service type). The portal will list the first vacancy in the portal’s unit and each descendant unit.
New settings pages allow the administrator to configure the portal’s flow and the units to search in.
Additionally, you can now create a portal on the organization level. This enables searching for vacancies in the entire organization or multiple root units.
Support was added for translating the values of Text field options. The translated texts are displayed on the portal when the customer is required to select an option for a text field.
Added support for localized texts for Boolean fields True and False values. These texts are displayed on the portal when the customer is required to enter a value for a required Boolean field.
Digital sign logos and frame background images are now set on the theme page rather than on the layout frame details page. This is a breaking change. Please see the Breaking Changes section below.
The Agent Console now indicates if the system fails to create an online meeting (using Zoom or Teams).
The indication is shown as a badge on the case’s Online Meeting button. Hovering over the badge shows a detailed error message.
Logos and background images will not be removed from your digital signs. You will need to set the digital sign logo and background images on your theme manually to fix this.
🐞Digital signs did not properly show the target inboxes for all selected services.
🐞 Fixing issues with date pickers.
🐞 Kiosks do not display the background image.
🐞 In the Data Manager page, search results show Date Time fields with the time part when the field type is configured as a date-only field.
