Admin Tools -> Metadata -> Tags

Editing tags requires the Service Admin role.

Tags are a useful tool for labeling and classifying case records.

To add a tag to a case, the tag must be added to the service category. For details, see Categorizing Cases with Tags

Creating a New Tag

  • Click New Tag to open the New Tag dialog.

  • Enter a descriptive name and choose a color for the tag.

  • Click Create.

Editing a Tag

  • Click on a tag from the list to go to the Tag Details page.

  • Edit the tag name and color.

  • Click Save.
