Communicating with customers in their preferred language improves customer experience and service quality.

Cubu supports localizing customer-facing applications (i.e., kiosks, portals, virtual tickets, and digital signage) and messaging (emails and SMS).

The Public Text Languages section of the Organization Settings tool allows the administrator to choose the supported languages to display texts to your customers and the public. For more information, see:

Public Apps Profiles

Public app user interfaces are composed of pages. To modify a public app, you can make use of a Public App Profile. This profile determines the text for each supported language on each page. You have the option to create several profiles and apply them to various portals and kiosks to produce different variations.
