Managing customers and custom tables data

In Cubu, you can use Data Tables to store custom data.

A Case record in Cubu can reference data records in custom data tables. This is useful when allowing agents to select a value from an extensive list of options.

The Data Manager tool enables users to find, create, update, and delete records in data tables.

To use the Data Manager, go to Agent Tools / Data Manager.

Access to the Data Manager tool requires the Agent or Power Agent roles.
