Appointment Booking Tool

We’re excited to announce the release of the Booking Tool, a powerful, wizard-style solution designed to streamline appointment scheduling across organizational units.

Key Features:

  • Service Selection: Agents can easily select a service category and type to narrow the appointment search.

  • Unit Flexibility: Search for available time slots across multiple organizational units.

  • Real-Time Availability: View the closest available time slots in the selected units, ensuring quick and convenient customer booking.

  • Comprehensive Booking Flow: The tool guides agents through selecting a date, a time slot, and entering essential contact information and case data.

Access Requirements:

Users must be assigned the newly introduced Appointment Manager role to use the Booking Tool. This role grants the necessary permissions to access and manage appointment bookings within the tool.

Silent Start

The Silent Start feature lets agents begin processing a waiting case discreetly without triggering voice or visual announcements.

This feature is ideal for handling customers out of turn or privately. It ensures efficient queue management while maintaining a seamless and discreet experience.

The silent start option is available from the Case form menu.

Agent Console / Silent Start

New Webhooks

The following Service webhooks are now supported:

  • After Book Appointment

  • After Check In

  • After Close

  • After Queue Up

  • After Resolve

  • After Start Work

These webhooks allow third-party systems to be notified of Cubu events. They cannot affect Cubu flow.

Enhancement of Real-Time Stats Performance

The performance of real-time stats has been enhanced, enabling faster snapshot generation without data lag. As a result, snapshot data is now more consistent and accurately reflects the current data state.
