In this release, we introduce a new tool that allows managers to monitor service-related metrics in near-real-time.
Users can select from various widgets to monitor different aspects of the operation, including waiting and service times, appointment delays, number of walk-ins, and more. The tool displays the progress of the selected metrics from the beginning of the day and enables users to compare the data to a selected day in the past.
Service Operators can use the tool to view data in any unit. Agents and Power Agents can only view real-time data in their current unit.
The tool can either show the data in the selected unit or summarize the unit and its child units.
The Unit Breakdown displays selected metrics for each unit in the chosen unit's organizational subtree.

Including alt-text for images on web applications is required under several regulations and standards to ensure web accessibility.
