Admin Tools -> Logs -> SMS Log
Accessing the SMS log requires the Organization Admin role.
The SMS Log comprehensively records outgoing messages sent to customers within your current organization.
You can filter the messages according to their date or status (such as sent, failed, etc.). The log shows the following message details:
Date and time: The date and time the message was sent.
To: The recipient's destination number.
Number of Segments: The SMS Log also indicates the number of segments used for each message. SMS messages are limited in length, and longer messages are broken down into segments to ensure successful delivery. A segment can contain a maximum of 160 characters.
Delivery Status: Informs you whether a message was successfully delivered, pending delivery, or faced any issues during delivery. Monitoring delivery status allows you to address any communication challenges promptly.
To see full SMS details, click the Details (...) button adjacent to the message. This will open a dialog box containing detailed information about the SMS message, including the message body and detailed error message when applicable.
