Admin Tools -> Settings -> Public Text Languages
Using this tool requires the Organization Admin role.
Communicating with customers in their preferred language improves customer experience and service quality.
Cubu supports localizing customer-facing applications (i.e., kiosks, portals, virtual tickets, and digital signage) and messaging (emails and SMS).
The Public Text Languages tool allows the administrator to choose the supported languages to display texts to customers and the public.
The text is displayed in the language the customer selects on Kiosks and Portals.
On Digital Signs, the language is determined by the display's configuration.
The case language on Tickets, emails, and SMS messages determines the text language.
To add a supported language, follow the steps below:
From the Add language drop-down list, select languages in which the public texts will be displayed. You can add as many languages as you need.
You can make the added language a default language of your public texts by clicking Set as default adjacent to the language in the added languages list.
To remove a language, click the Remove (✖️) button adjacent to the language in the list. You cannot remove the default language.
