Admin Tools -> Settings -> File Storage

Access to this page requires the Organization Admin role.

File storage is a disk space allocated to your organization for storing files, including media files, certificates, digital signs' screenshots, etc.

This page displays a breakdown of your current storage usage. The storage space is divided into private and public spaces:

Private Files: Files stored in private storage are only accessible to authenticated and privileged users.
Public Files: Files stored in the public storage are available to any user who knows their URL.

You can purchase additional storage space for your subscriptions using the BIlling tool.
