Admin Tools -> Logs -> Event Log

Accessing the event log requires the Organization Admin role.

The Event Log tool allows administrators to view system events that occurred throughout the day, user operations that require the admin's attention, and all failed operations (errors) that occurred on a particular day.

For example, when somebody tries to upload a media file and fails because the file format is not supported - this occurrence will appear as an event in the Event log.

The events can be of 3 types:

• Info: Informs the admin about some operations worth noting, such as opening a new calendar.

• Warning: Informs that something did not work as expected or requires attention.

• Error: Informs about a failed operation. It could be an attempt to load a file in the wrong format, as mentioned above, or an error when trying to load a calendar. Another scenario can be an automation that did not work.
