# Change Log

Admin Tools -> **Logs** ->  Change Log

Accessing the change log requires the **Organization Admin** role.

The change log records changes made to the organization structure and settings.

The log provides the following information

* **Change Type (icon):** Created/Updated/Deleted.
* **Date and time:** The date and time the change was made.
* **Table Name:**  The name of the internal table that was changed.
* **Notes**: Additional information about this change

For more details about a change, click the **Details** (...) button adjacent to the notes. The button will open a dialog box containing detailed information about the change, including the name of the user who made the change.
