πInbox Access Permissions
Accessing and processing cases in an inbox requires special permissions.
The following list summarizes the required permissions for an agent to access cases using the Agent Console:
The user is assigned the Agent or Power Agent roles.
The inbox is in the user's current unit.
The user belongs to a group that has access to the inbox. Inbox permissions are granted on the Directory tool / Unit / Inbox / Permissions tab.
