# Selecting Calendars The Calendar tool enables you to view calendars assigned to you within your current unit. As a **Power User** with access to additional services, you can also access calendars assigned to other agents or unallocated calendars. ## Date Range Choose between a 1-, 5-, and 7-day view. Use the calendar control to select the first date to show. ## Calendar Views ### My Calendars View The My Calendars view shows the calendars you were allocated to in the selected date range.

### By Service View The By Service view lets you view the calendars for a selected service in the selected date range. Note that you can view a calendar if you are allocated to that calendar or if you are a Power Agent with access permission to the service.

### By Agent View The By Agent view lets you select an agent and view her allocated calendars. This view is useful when you are an administrator booking appointments for multiple agents.
