Access to this page requires the Organization Admin role.
Cubu reports provide insight into your organization's performance, customer behavior, resource utilization, and other KPIs.
The BI and Reports tool allows the administrator to add reports from Cubu's library to the organization and control who can view these reports.
Users in the Data Analyst role can view these reports via the Report Center tool.
The BI and Reports tool lists the current reports in your organization.
Some reports are "built-in" reports and are always available.
To add a new report to your organization, click Add Report to open the Add Report dialog, where you can choose a report from the available report list.
Select a report and click Add to add the report to your organization.
To restrict report access to specific user groups:
Click on a report from the list.
Go to the Permissions tab.
Switch on "Restrict access to this report to designated groups".
Switch on the Has Access switch for each group you want to grant access to.
In addition to meeting any group membership requirements specified for the report, users must also possess the Data Analyst role in order to view it.
