Access to this page requires the Organization Admin role.
The Integration tool allows administrators to configure the following integrations:
Calendars Integration: Create events in the external calendars (i.e., Office 365 Calendars and Google Workspace Calendars) when appointments are created in Cubu calendars.
Video Meetings Integration: Create video meetings using external providers (i.e., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet).
Configuring integrations is an advanced topic requiring admin access to the organization's Active Directory or Google Workspace Admin.

When enabling calendar integration, video meetings can be created together with the calendar event if the video meeting provider uses the same service.
For example, when using Office 365 Calendar integration with Teams video meetings, the video meeting will be created and linked with the event.
The same applies when using Google Calendar integration, together with Google Meet video meetings.
Note that this only works for Cubu appointments. To create video meetings for walk-ins, you must set up video meetings using Teams or Zoom.
Cubu cannot create Google Meet instances for walk-in customers.
