Admin Tools -> Metadata -> Tags
Editing tags requires the Service Admin role.
Tags are a useful tool for labeling and classifying case records.
To add a tag to a case, the tag must be added to the service category. For details, see Categorizing Cases with Tags
Click New Tag to open the New Tag dialog.
Enter a descriptive name and choose a color for the tag.
Click Create.
Click on a tag from the list to go to the Tag Details page.
Edit the tag name and color.
Click Save.
