πDigital Signage
Digital signage overview
Digital signs in waiting areas offer real-time queue updates, reducing perceived wait times and enhancing customer experience. Their ability to deliver visual and voice announcements ensures smooth customer flow. Moreover, they provide entertainment and marketing opportunities through videos and slideshows, engaging customers effectively. In summary, digital signs streamline operations, improve communication, and elevate the waiting experience.
Digital signs are created in organizational units. The Digital Signage toolbelt provides tools for designing the appearance of digital signs, configuring their content, and managing operations.
The actual sign is either a screen connected to a PC or a smart TV running the Cubu TV Android app.
