To sign up for Cubu, click here:
Click Signup to create a new Cubu account and follow the wizard that will guide you through the process of creating a new organization.
Based on your selections during this process, Cubu creates an organization with various elements that allow you to start using the product immediately.
It is recommended that you spend some time exploring the different features. For example, use the Agent Console to create and process a case, use the Calendar to book an appointment, use the Portal to simulate a customer, etc.
Invite users. Add agents, managers, and other types of users to your organization.
Add service categories and service types.
Add fields to service categories to store relevant data in cases.
Add organizational units to your organization.
Add translations to Portals and Kiosks.
Create inboxes, routes, and automations to support your business flow.
