Kiosks
Kiosks overview
A kiosk is a specialized computer (PC or s tablet) for public use, often with a touch screen, used in places like retail stores, banks, clicks, and service centers. It allows customers to check in to their appointments or queue up for service.
A kiosk can be set up within an organizational unit to provide access to services in that unit or any of its descendant units. This is especially helpful in cases where a kiosk is placed at the entrance of a building, allowing customers to check in for appointments in different departments or organizational units.
