Special permissions are required to access calendars for viewing, booking, or changing appointments. Cubu offers standard and elevated calendar access levels, which are explained in detail in this document.
Agents can access the calendars they were allocated to. To enable an agent to access a calendar, allocate the agent to that calendar.
A user can access their calendar when:
The user is assigned the Agent role.
The user is allocated to the calendar.
The calendar is in the user's current unit.
Power Agents can manage their calendars, other agent's calendars, and anonymous calendars (non-allocated calendars). Power Agent access is helpful when you have an appointment coordinator responsible for booking and managing appointments for multiple service providers.
A user can access any calendar if:
The user is in the Power Agent role.
The user belongs to a group granted access to the calendar's parent service. The following screenshot depicts granting the Agents group access to the Consultation Service.
The calendar is in the user's current unit.
Note that the Power Agent role grants additional capabilities such as allocating users to calendars, changing the calendar's working hours, etc.
