Before you can use the Agent Console or Calendar, you need to choose your current organizational unit. Your current unit appears on the console's top toolbar:
If you haven't chosen a unit yet or if you need to change your current unit, click on your user icon in the top-right corner of the screen and choose Switch Unit to select your current unit.
Once you have selected your unit, you can access the unit's inboxes.
If you cannot locate your unit, you may not have the necessary permissions. Please confirm with your system manager if you have the required access permissions for the unit.
